Film Posters
After college, I decided to follow a passion in theatre, art, and film to Vancouver Film School. There I learned film production on-set, in-person, and to the standards of the unionized film industry. Due to my graphic design background, I was often tapped by my fellow production team members to work with the producer and director to design and create their film posters. Many were meant as marketing materials, so they include the slugs at the bottom with the crew names and other information. Some were props used during filming. These posters helped grow and diversify my abilities and now proudly hang in my office! Film posters are by-far one of my favorite projects to work on.
"Walk a Mile": TV Show Concept with Detective, Paranormal, and Thriller Themes.
"Sunflower": A Short Film with themes of magic, music, rom-com, and sapphic love.
"A Priori Chron": An Abstract Dance Short Film about Time and Space.
"Belladonna": A Short Film utilizing dance to represent the stories of two female victims of domestic abuse.
A Prop Poster for the Short Film "Sunflowers". A band poster for Queen of Swords that at first, seems to show a witch being burned. It is later revealed, the poster actually shows the Queen of Swords from Tarot (the next poster).
The real Queen of Swords prop band poster. The color theme is based on the lesbian flag, as the short film "Sunflower" is a sapphic witch love-story set in the 70's.
"Ghostin'": A Short Film with themes of dark comedy, horror, and the paranormal. You accidentally summon the ghost of a life coach instead of a demon.
"Strangers": A Short Film set in the 70's with a concept of a meet-cute in a thrift store.
